Sports videography starts from £1,500 to £6000 for most videos. This covers a wide range of social-first video content.
I offer a fixed-fee service so there’s no surprises down the road. So once we’ve established the deliverables, you’ll have a fixed-fee videography quote and service.
-
An initial discovery call which determines the deliverables and fixed-fee quotation.
For more narrative-driven projects e.g. branded docs/brand films, a creative development stage.
Then there is the pre-production planning which leads onto the production stage i.e. filming/shoot days; and finally, the post production stage i.e. video editing all deliverables.
Delivery of the final deliverables i.e. video edits via Google Drive for you to download and save. You’ll also recieve a “clean”version i.e. without music and graphics and “WGFX” i.e. with graphics and any music version of the final deliverables in 1080HD.
Usually, two rounds of revisions is included as standard on sports videography I deliver.
A copy of the best selects (footage/coverage) pulled during post production, or, MP4 copies of all video clips with any embedded audio for you to download via Google Drive. This allows you to archive rushes for any future-proofing or repurposing without the burden of massive 4K video files.

Every videography project is quoted on exactly what it needs, hence a fixed-fee service. However, here’s what factors change the costing:
How many revisions you need. If you need three or more rounds of revisions then the pricing increases.
Needing longer than two days to provide consolidated feedback (via email) on video edits. I work to tight deadlines and a very organised schedule, ensuring all clients are satisfied. This ensures consistent quality control throughout the end to end video process for your deliverables.
A Netflix approved production process. This can mean that even bigger and better production and post production equipment is needed which, can be sourced but at extra costs. Fyi, I currently use the Sony FX3a and Sony Alpha 7IV cameras for videography.
Needing thumbnails/cover images for social media platforms. This can be outsourced/arranged for you but at added cost.
Motion graphics design, scriptwriting, copywriting and photography. These too can be outsourced and managed for you but at added costs.
The need for cloud storage, and or, hard drives of final deliverables and or rushes i.e. media management. This is not something I can facilitate but I can introduce you to a reputable and reliable third-arty if need be.
Travel, food and hotel expenses. If I have to cover these then I expect to be reimbursed for doing so (upfront) but usually, this is covered by sports organisations I work with.
Social media management. That includes uploading any type of content to your platforms. This is not included in the pricing I quote you. Instead, I can introduce you to a third-party.
Non-Discousre Agreements (NDAs) or the inability to share work I have done for you for my own self-marketing purposes.

75% in advance to secure my services. Then the final 25% after the first versions have been submitted for approval/feedback.
I’m not a big agency or bank. I tend to work as a solo-videographer or will bring in a small number of other freelancers e.g. video editors, to support the overall production process. So they and myself all need to be paid in a timely manner. Thank you.

Only the videography service you choose and we agree upon. No surprise invoices, ever.
